A couple of months ago, I blogged about all of the things I would like to do in the near future. For example, learn about Buddhism and Islam as well as consider meditation, yoga and more academic classes.
Well, tomorrow I begin yoga. I am so nervous, I’m not sure what to expect. I am still quite poorly but I think some gentle exercise, along with my new eating regime, would do me good. I’m attending yoga class at the local sports centre for 90 minutes tomorrow.
It’s a step in the right direction.
