The old phrase goes “You can’t take it with you” but what if you could? Security expert Scott Waverly is invited to investigate holes in a company who offer the opportunity to bank money and memories for your future self.
Sceptic Scott is caught up in corporate espionage and intrigue while falling in love with a woman who works for his employers. But who can he trust? It seems someone has a grudge against Soul Identity and is willing to do whatever is necessary to get Soul Identity out of the picture.
Is Soul Identity a con job, a cult, or something else? Scott is determined to find out.
I have to admit I read this book because it was free on Kindle but I really enjoyed this novel, it’s an original and an unusual concept with an intelligent storyline. I did feel the romantic storyline was a bit heavy fisted but, other than that, this was a really enjoyable read.
With a sneak preview of the follow-up ‘Soul Intent’ at the end, I was impressed and looking forward to reading the next installment.
